Get has no monthly fees or hidden costs for your organisation. The only cost is a small fee for every transaction - ticket, merchandise or membership purchase. You can choose to absorb this fee (have it taken out of the money you receive for the item) or pass it on to buyers (where they will pay it in addition to the ticket price). Money collected from payments is held in Get's secure entity in your country, and you can see the balance in the Treasury. Whenever you would like to pay it out, simply add your organisation's bank details and hit the Pay Out button. We will process it the next working day and the funds are usually in your account within 48 hours.

 

Every time a transaction is made - an item bought or a payout processed - it will appear in the Treasury in the Transaction Log, so you can keep track of everything easily.

Your buyers can pay across all channels, with instant confirmations and receipts of purchase. The most common way is a digital transaction, entering their card information. You can also accept in-person Booth payments, including cash and card. Booth payments still require the buyer to fill in the buyer information online - you then confirm that the payment has been made and they will be issued a ticket, and logged on the guestlist with everyone else. Digital payments made on our platform are 100% secure. Your buyers' card information never touches our server, instead going through Stripe, responsible for many of the world's transactions. More information is here

 

Customers can choose to create an account when making a purchase from your organisation, but it isn't necessary - they can check out as a guest. Should they need to access anything again, like event tickets they can't find in their email, they can create an account with the phone number used for the purchase and find a full item history.

When buying tickets to your events, attendees will receive a ticket in the form of a QR code. This is accessible in their email confirmation, as well as in their Get account - on desktop or mobile.

 

To check people in to your events, members of your team with permissions can access a QR ticket scanner within the Get app. If the ticket is valid, it will check that person off the list and they can enter! The guest list will also show you the number of check-ins, live, as your event happens.

 

Buyer doesn't have their QR code ready or can't find it? No worries! You can search for the name on the ticket and manually check them in quickly and easily. Find more information about guest check-in here.

Yes! We understand that sometimes you need to access your membership list in a spreadsheet file, and we can help you do that. We can even export a filtered list based on certain criteria - for example, only first-year members. Simply reach out to customer support!

Team collaboration is made easy through Get. Invite your team members to make their own account on Get and specify their role, and they will become a managing member of your organisation. Then, you can begin to work together on events, memberships and merchandise listings!

 

The owner of the organisation can set individual permissions - so your ticket scanning helper doesn't have access to finances or event pages if they don't need it.

Set up automatic messaging, so that anyone who fits the criteria you set will get your message instantly, through email and the Get app. Want to ask people for their song requests ahead of your event? It's easy - just filter by Guests of 'Your Event Name' and everyone on the guest list is added to a chat. Access replies in a centralised organisation inbox, and start 1 on 1 conversations with members if required ("Which song called 'Work' did you mean?"). 

 

The Communicator helps our organisations to reach their community and begin enriching conversations, without the hassle that comes with preparing and importing a mailing list - your Members and Contacts are already there!

Every time someone makes a merchandise or ticket purchase from your organisation, but isn't a Member, Get will retain them as a Contact. They are stored separately to your official Members, but you can access the contact information they left when purchasing.
